“Day 1: COVID 19 outbreak hit Dorking Brewery hard and fast and we needed an urgent solution !
It had to be dynamic and executed fast, that day, to drive up numbers of online craft ale orders to replace the massive loss of revenue from our main trade; pubs and restaurants. Immediately, Steve at Tangitise sent sample ideas of script, without a brief, so together Steve and I could craft a 1 minute address to camera as a reach-out Infomercial to message our intention to take online orders from local community customer's and deliver to their doors while thanking the NHS and Emergency Services with Free Beer from the brewery.
‘We'll bring the pub to you !’ was shot, post-produced and delivered within 24 hours as the Tangitise Small Business TV Package.
Day 3 of Lockdown - it launched and, consequently, stemmed the haemorrhage successfully.
In fact, our online, Social Media, Website and Mail-comm’s are now entirely remodelled without mothballing the brewery. In 4 weeks Dorking Brewery has transitioned it's entire business & communications model to e-commerce, using digital communications.
Today, we are now ready; executing online orders and deliveries with vibrant Social Media and Digital content campaigns. Without the work from Stephen and Tangitise we would be very much behind the curve.
